Total Costs

• 13% Florida tax is added to all amounts
• Deposit of 25% required at time of booking.
• Full payment (75% balance) required 8 weeks prior to arrival
• A 4% optional discount applies to check payments

• Optional pool heat of $15/day - $105/week during Nov-March suggested
• Cleaning Fee of $80 added to stays of less than 7 nights

Security Deposit Authorization

• A security deposit / credit card authorization of $500 (on a credit card) is required prior to occupancy with our management company (Oasis Vacation Homes).  (please note: debit cards cannot be used it must be a real CC)
• 3 night minimum stay please / 7 nights during holiday periods

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be received in writing.
• All reservations are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
• Cancellation: more than 8 weeks prior: 100% refund, less $50 cancellation fee.
• Cancellation: 4 to 8 weeks prior: 50% of total rental amount forfeited,
• Cancellation: Less than 4 weeks prior: Full rental amount forfeited.
