Please visit our friends Fran and Jeff's fabulous new vacation rental by owner condo in Breckenridge, Colorado, located at the base of the 4 O'Clock run.  It's a 1 bedroom / 1 bath place that sleeps 6 with it's own full kitchen, with a fabulous ski-in ski-out location right on the edge town (walk to everything!), and the new Breck Connect Gondola that opened Dec 2006 for easy access up the mountain as well, the location is simply the best there is!

We helped them setup their new website, so please tell them we referred you if you visit, I'm sure they would appreciate the referral visit, we try and help each other out.  If you love skiing then you know Breckenridge has some of the best skiing and famous powder snow in the world, and you will have a wonderful time in a great newly listed condo direct by owner in another incredible vacation town, Breckenridge!   We're heading out there ourselves for New Year's this year, can't wait!  We have to find something to keep ourselves busy over the winter months until we can get back to Disney! :)
